You will:

Provide strong clinical governance and lead the delivery of safe, high-quality care

Champion Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and regulatory compliance

Inspire, mentor and empower your clinical team to perform at their best

Oversee clinical risk management, incident reporting and documentation systems

Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with contemporary best practice

Collaborate closely with operational and executive leaders to achieve strategic goals

What You Bring

Essential

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)

Proven experience in clinical or nursing leadership, with demonstrated capability in roles such as Care Manager, Clinical Manager, or similar

Strong understanding of:

Accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Clinical governance frameworks and quality improvement processes

Demonstrated ability to lead, engage and develop teams

Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care, Health Services Management, or Leadership
