Century 21 Blacktown is expanding - Established nearly five years ago, our business has built a strong presence in the local market and continues to grow. We are now looking to welcome motivated and driven individuals to join our ambitious and expanding team.

We are currently seeking:

Commission-Only Sales Agents

Sales Associate (Immediate Start Available)

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in real estate while working closely with our experienced Licensee in Charge, Stavros.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must:

Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Be available to work Saturdays, with a day off provided during the week

Have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Be motivated, organised and eager to learn

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Have a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career in real estate

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the coordination and management of sales campaigns from listing through to settlement

Conducting buyer and vendor follow-ups

Assisting with and hosting open homes and private inspections

Prospecting, database management and lead follow-up

Assisting with marketing campaigns and prospecting activities

Supporting auctions and negotiations

Managing general sales administration and diary coordination

Organising property viewings and delivering personalised service tailored to client needs

Commission-Only Sales Agents

About You

To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold a current Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence

Have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Have a proven track record of sales
