The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our workshop operations. You'll welcome customers, handle enquiries, and connect them with our technical team — ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and positive.

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile

Answer enquiries promptly and professionally

Communicate clearly between customers and our workshop team

Explain services, products, and pricing in a way customers understand

Handle invoicing and use automotive software confidently

Specific system training will be provided for automotive software requirements

Demonstrate basic invoicing knowledge with ability to learn our systems

Basic understanding of invoicing principles is required to support learning our systems

Keep operations running smoothly with strong organisation and problem-solving skills

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience (automotive industry experience a bonus, but not essential)

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Quick learner with attention to detail

A team player with a positive attitude and professional approach

Australian work rights are required for this position

Year 10 completion or equivalent education level required
