We are partnering with a well?established Australian?owned consultancy delivering engineering, design and project management services across major infrastructure, resources and construction projects. With a strong national footprint and a collaborative culture, they are known for their practical, people?focused approach and commitment to supporting their teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
They are seeking a People and Culture Advisor for their WA operations. This is a broad, hands?on generalist role working directly with leaders, supporting all facets of the employee lifecycle across technical, engineering, IT, admin and project?based teams.
The role has been deliberately designed to grow, offering a clear pathway into HR Business Partnering with increasing ownership of projects, processes and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end?to?end generalist HR support, including ER matters
Contribute to annual remuneration review processes (data, benchmarking, performance inputs)
Support performance management across both low and high performers
Assist in engagement and culture initiatives
Support early career and graduate engagement, including coordinating student networking events
Partner with a wide range of multidisciplinary stakeholders including Engineering, Technical, Project Management, IT and Corporate teams
Work alongside senior leaders to deliver practical people solutions in a fast?moving environment
About You
Strong generalist HR background with ER exposure
Confident working with remuneration data, spreadsheets and performance frameworks
Comfortable operating across all HR functions without specialist support
Confident communicator with a grounded, self?aware style
Proactive, curious and able to identify issues or opportunities early
Willing to roll up your sleeves, get involved and build strong in?person relationships
