We’re now growing our team of Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches and are looking for experienced, passionate professionals who value autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking experienced Support Coordinators who are:

Passionate about person-centred and strengths-based practice

Skilled in navigating the NDIS and building strong provider relationships

Organised, reliable, and confident working independently

Committed to delivering quality outcomes and maintaining compliance

Comfortable working remotely as part of a connected national team

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

At least 12 months experience as a Support Coordinator or Recovery Coach

Relevant qualifications (Cert IV or above in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, Social Work or similar)

Working with Children Check.

NDIS Worker Screening Check.

NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

Infection Control Certificate.

We also require the following for subcontractors:

Professional indemnity insurance

Public liability insurance

ABN registration
