Established since 2015 from humble beginnings, Dapto's has become a house hold name featuring American style Hotdogs, Pizzas, Burgers and more. Famous for the award winning "Big Mick Burger" and New York Style pizzas we have now found ourselves serving the community with 2 exciting restaurants based in the heart of Sydney's inner west .

The Role

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for our flagship restaurant based in Condell Park. This role involves overseeing shifts and running a designated area in a busy working environment.

Responsibilities

Opening and the closing of the restaurant

Management of stock control which includes dealing with key suppliers

Rostering and management of staff schedules

Management of Staff which will include cooks, customer service, pizza chefs and kitchen hands

Maintain high levels of food Safety and OHS within the store

Management of daily/weekly cash flow

Training and Hiring new staff

Seek customer feedback for an exceptional customer experience and repeat business

The right candidate:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Must have worked in a fast paced hospitality (Food) environment

Strong customer service and communications skills

Well presented, friendly and organised

Able to lead a team to achieve results
