Business Development Manager to Industrial Construction /Facility Management

We're Hiring: Business Development Manager to Industrial Construction /Facility Management

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the industrial construction and Facility Management sector across Saudi Arabia.

The role will focus on identifying project opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and supporting tendering activities for major industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and track industrial construction project opportunities within sectors such as oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

- Lead the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), pre-qualification documents, and tender submissions.

- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Estimation, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure compliant and competitive proposals.

- Manage and update the business development pipeline and CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and client interactions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and government authorities.

- Support strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and subcontracting opportunities for major industrial projects.

- Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration

10+ years of experience in business development or tendering within industrial construction / EPC / infrastructure sectors

Strong knowledge of Saudi industrial project market and client prequalification processes

Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
