The Company: Our Client is a privately owned property group that acquires, develops and manages a diverse portfolio of assets. With an end-to-end approach spanning acquisition through to long-term management, they focus on delivering consistent performance and sustainable value across our own properties who are seeking a Property Manager.

The role: Manage the full leasing lifecycle including advertising, inspections, tenant selection and onboarding

Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections and prepare detailed condition reports

Coordinate maintenance, repairs and minor refurbishments while managing contractor performance

Respond to tenant enquiries, manage arrears and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships

Ensure properties are compliant with relevant legislation, safety standards and operational requirements

The Candidate: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience using property management software and maintaining accurate portfolio records

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple properties

Strong written and verbal communication and confident stakeholder management skills

High attention to detail with sound judgement, professionalism and a proactive mindset

 Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in property management within the real estate industry

Certificate of Registration as a minimum

Current unrestricted driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
