We are a well-established and expanding practice with offices in North Lakes and Everton Park (inner north Brisbane).

We primarily practise in family law, supported by experienced staff and strong systems, and have experienced very strong growth over the past 12 months.

The Role

You will manage a varied family law caseload across both parenting and property matters, including matters of increasing complexity.

Your work will include:

Conducting client conferences and providing practical, solution-focused advice

Managing files from initial instructions through to resolution

Drafting court documents, affidavits, financial statements and correspondence

Conducting interim hearings and procedural appearances

Preparing matters for dispute resolution, mediation and trial

Instructing Counsel and briefing experts where required

Engaging in settlement negotiations and achieving commercially focused outcomes for clients

Working collaboratively with support staff to ensure matters progress efficiently

You will have the autonomy to manage your own files, with appropriate support, within a team that values practical outcomes and high-quality client service.

About You

Minimum 3+ years PAE in family law

Confident managing files with appropriate support

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Practical and solutions-focused approach
