Family owned and operated, Ivy Kids is a new 104 place centre committed to providing quality early learning experiences for families in our vibrant suburb of Glen Waverley. With beautifully designed rooms across two levels and landscaped outdoor play spaces, we're creating a home-away-from-home where children and staff blossom.

Our centre is growing and we are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced qualified Toddler Room Leader to be part of our passionate team. What you'll bring to circle time

Minimum 1 year experience (excluding work placements) working in early childhood settings as a Toddler Room Leader (mandatory)

Implement a toddler program aligned with the centre's philosophy, NQS, VEYLDF and National Regulations in consultation with the Educational Leader

Fluent English communication and written skills. Additional languages desirable.

Confident in play-based programming, writing child observations and daily reflections

A natural ability to connect with children and families

You bring plenty of energy and smiles

Have the flexibility to work between 7:00AM-6:30pm (especially morning and late shifts), 5 days a week

Qualifications required

Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Valid Working with Children Check

First Aid and CPR certification

Child Protection training

2 professional references who have worked with you for at least 12 months
