Located close to local cafés, bars, and shops, this is a small, tight-knit office led by a down-to-earth Director who values their team and keeps things professional without corporate pressure.

The Role

Manage a portfolio of 150 local properties with excellent support:

Dedicated Leasing Support

Assistant Property Manager

VA handling administration

Off-road parking provided

Systems: PropertyMe

Primarily an in-office role, with WFH Flexibility

What’s On Offer

90,000 to 100,000 + Super + KPI Commissions

Monday to Friday only (no weekends)

Full support structure in place

About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager

Strong understanding of QLD tenancy legislation

Confident managing a portfolio of 150 properties with Leasing and Admin support

Experience using PropertyMe preferred

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Professional, reliable, and team-focused
