About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a casual basis at our 36?bed aged care facility. This role is well suited to individuals who are passionate about supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort and respect while delivering high?quality, person?centred care.

Position Description to Personal Care Assistants (PCA)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be committed to providing compassionate care, demonstrate professionalism and reliability, and work effectively as part of a supportive team environment.

Remuneration

The position offers an hourly rate of 31.95, plus casual loading, applicable penalties and superannuation, in accordance with the Local Government, Aged, Disability and Home Care (State) Award.
