About the Role

Deliver high-quality, person-centered care in aged care and multi-purpose facilities.

Lead and support care staff while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Oversee medications, wound care, documentation, clinical handovers, and escalation of resident needs.

Ensure care aligns with the Aged Care Quality Standards and facility procedures.

Build strong rapport with residents, families, and staff to foster positive care environments.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 12 months experience as an RN or EN in residential aged care or similar.

Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted).

Police Check within the last 12 months.

Up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.

Full Australian working rights (citizenship, PR, or relevant visa).

A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to hit the ground running.
