The Position

In the role of Senior Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing a medium sized portfolio residential properties

Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants

Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests

Conduct rent reviews and coordinate lease renewals

Maintain and minimise rental arrears

Tribunal preparation and attendance if required

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:

Previous Property Management experience is a MUST

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

First class communication and customer service

Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability

Impeccable personal presentation

Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Someone who can work autonomously but can also smash through collaborative task

Ideally residing in Greater Western Sydney
