If you can chat on the phone, welcome a patient, and smile at a toddler all at once — you might be exactly who we're looking for.

We are a vibrant, heart-led, and energetic chiropractic team in the Adelaide Hills, and we're on the lookout for a Chiropractic Assistant to join us on a part-time basis.

No previous chiropractic experience is required — we provide full training. What we're really looking for is someone with the right energy, attitude, and a genuine love for working with people every single day.

As a Chiropractic Assistant at Chiropractic First, you will be at the heart of our patient experience.

This is more than a reception role — it's an opportunity to be part of a growing, evolving small business that is always looking for better, smarter, and more innovative ways to serve our community. If you love new systems, digital technology, and being part of a business that is continually improving, you'll feel right at home here.

You'll be joining a team that genuinely loves working together. We value connection, contribution, and creating a positive, high-energy culture where everyone supports each other and enjoys coming to work.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Genuinely enjoys being around people all day — you leave work energised, not drained

• Is a natural multi-tasker who can answer the phone with a smile while keeping everything else on track

• Is detail-oriented, highly organised, and takes pride in doing things well

• Has outstanding communication and people skills

• Is adaptable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure

• Loves working with families (including little ones!) — confidently answering the phone while holding a child on your hip is all part of the day

This is not the role for someone who finds constant interaction draining — our days are full, fast, and people-focused.

About the role:

• Answering phone calls and managing appointment scheduling and patient enquiries using our digital systems

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment

• Processing payments and managing front desk operations

• Assisting with patient education and follow-up care

• Supporting our chiropractors with day-to-day clinical tasks, including digital scanning technology

You will be supported by a team of committed, enthusiastic, and generous chiropractors who are dedicated to serving families in both Hahndorf and Strathalbyn. Full training is provided — we're looking for someone who is eager to learn, open to growth, and excited about both personal and professional development.

Position details:

• Approximately 20–25 hours per week

• Includes evening shifts and Saturday mornings (Strathalbyn location)

• Evening shifts require availability until 7pm

• Flexibility to assist with annual and sick leave coverage is essential

Submit your application with your CV and a cover letter outlining why you are the best fit for this role.

3. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a group interview

If you bring energy, love being part of a strong team culture, enjoy innovation, and thrive in a fast-paced, family-focused environment — we can't wait to hear from you.
