About the team to

The Sport Learning branch delivers and grows ASC and sector wide learning and development capability and maturity. We do this through a sector specific learning management solution, and provision of advisory, consultancy and support services, tailored for the needs of each organisation or stakeholder.

About the role to

You are responsible for successfully leading the onboarding, training and support of new and existing tenants of the Australian Sport Learning Centre (Learning Centre), including enhancing best practice, repeatable and sustainable onboarding, technical build, training and support processes.

As a senior member of the Learning Centre team, you provide high-level strategic advice to the Director, Implementation Manager and broader leadership team on technical solutions, best practice design and approach to onboarding and support.

About you to

The successful candidate will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Business or Information Technology or demonstrated five plus years relevant technical experience in ICT or web projects.

At least 3 years demonstrated experience and expertise in complex Totara or Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) platforms involving multi-tenancy configuration, eCommerce and single sign-on (SSO) integration.

Proven experience in ICT solution change and transition processes, including risk and issue assessment and data migration principles.

Proven experience managing a support function and team, including training activities.

Demonstrated excellence in communication skills (including interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and representation) and a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Significant demonstrated experience providing high level project management and leadership to support diverse teams delivering complex projects.

Strong attention to detail and high-level organisation skills with proven ability to operate autonomously and multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Strong understanding of Power BI reporting and Zendesk support tools highly regarded.

Strong understanding of the sport sector highly regarded.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this position applicants are required to be Australian citizens only and must be able to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance.
