Black Cat Syndicate Limited is a rapidly growing Western Australian gold producer, with strong production from our high?grade Kal East and Paulsens operations, a robust project pipeline, and expanding exploration activity across our tenement portfolio.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a career Recruiter with a genuine passion for mining and a clear understanding that successful recruitment is about more than simply filling roles.

While skills and experience are important, we place equal value on attitude, cultural fit, and a willingness to learn. If the fit isn’t right, we take the time to keep looking.

About You

Strong recruitment background with demonstrated mining industry knowledge and experience.

Experience with junior explorers or developers would be advantageous.

Ability to act as an ambassador for Black Cat, showcasing our values and culture to prospective employees.

Ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Excellent time management, and an ability to juggle competing priorities, by having a solid understanding of recruitment needs.

Location and Roster

Based in our corporate office, with infrequent and planned site travel that respects personal and family commitments.

Genuine connection to site operations, with the opportunity to visit Paulsens and Kal East, build relationships on the ground, and truly understand the people and roles.

Roster: 5/2 day shift only.
