Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will take ownership across key areas of the business and play a key role in driving financial performance, including:

Ownership of budgeting and forecasting across multiple areas

Managing and reviewing P and Ls, including variance analysis and performance insights

Partnering with stakeholders to support commercial decision-making

Providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance

Supporting planning cycles and evaluating key initiatives

Monitoring financial and operational performance metrics

Supporting month-end processes, including key controls and reconciliations

Driving process improvements and supporting change initiatives

Managing and mentoring one direct report

To be the successful candidate for this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with experience in a commercial finance, FP and A, or business partnering role within a large or complex organisation. You will be hands-on, commercially minded, and a confident communicator, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
