The role
Move beyond traditional recruitment into a pure Business Development role focused on the manufacturing, warehousing, and export sectors. Operating out of Parramatta or Hurstville, you will spend your time on the ground, visiting clients across Sydney to drive division growth.
You will manage a mix of warm leads and cold outreach to map out volume opportunities across the state. By collaborating with internal divisions, you will identify new business and expand our presence in the blue-collar space. This is a strategic role designed for an experienced BD professional who thrives on converting SMEs and securing major industrial accounts.
Responsibilities
Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
About you
A minimum of 2 years of Sales experience
You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
