About the role
CAMHS is currently recruiting to an administration pool to fill multiple vacancies across the organisation. Full time and part time employment is available over 5 or 7 day rosters in multiple locations including Adelaide Metro and Country regions. There are also opportunities for shift work and weekends.
The Administration Officer delivers customer-focused reception support, manages confidential patient information and consent, handles calls and appointments, and maintains patient databases and records to assist staff efficiently.
Key duties of the role
Perform professional and courteous customer focussed front reception and telephone duties.
Responsible for the recording of personal, sensitive and confidential information.
Maintain an environment of confidentiality.
Perform efficient and accurate word processing duties.
Manage relevant client information databases and client records.
Skills and Experience
Experience in the provision of administrative support.
Experience in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
Demonstrated ability to utilise a variety of computer software applications.
Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of people.
Ability to relate to and assist with a wide range of clients who may be distressed.
