We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Warranty Administrator to join our growing team for an immediate start.

About the Role

This is a full-time Monday to Friday position working within our service administration team in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing warranty claims and related paperwork for our brands

Communicating with manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring claims meet manufacturer requirements

Assisting with repair order costing, parts returns and warranty administration

Working closely with the Workshop Foreman, Technicians and Service Advisors to support smooth daily operations

Helping ensure excellent service is delivered to both internal and external customers

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous administration experience (automotive industry experience preferred but not essential)

Some knowledge of vehicles and/or automotive parts

Good computer skills and confidence learning new dealership systems

High attention to detail and accuracy when processing paperwork and claims

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

A reliable, positive and professional attitude

Willingness to learn and take initiative when required
