Production Manager to Cable Tray Manufacturing

Riyadh-based cable tray factory seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations.

Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end production (cutting, punching, forming, hot-dip galvanizing/powder coating). Drive output targets, OEE, and on-time delivery. Manage quality systems, NCRs, and SASO compliance. Lead shop-floor team, shift planning, and Nitaqat workforce mix. Liaise with sales, procurement, and dispatch.

Requirements: 5+ years in sheet metal / cable tray / steel fabrication. Strong knowledge of GI sheet processing, punching dies, and welding.

Location: Riyadh, KSA
