About Us
Move Improve Performance is a mobile allied health service delivering physiotherapy, exercise physiology, allied health assistant, occupational therapy and acupuncture across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches. We focus on providing high-quality, evidence-based care in the home, particularly for older adults and individuals with complex or chronic conditions.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Exercise Physiologist (3–4+ years) to join our team on a part-time basis (16–25 hours per week), with the opportunity to develop your hours and progress to a senior position over time.
This is a mobile role delivering services across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches.

Key Responsibilities
Perform assessments and structured reassessments
Deliver tailored, evidence-based exercise interventions
Support long-term behaviour change and functional outcomes
Communicate effectively with clients, families, referrers, and the team
Maintain concise and timely documentation
Work towards meaningful clinical outcomes
Help develop protocols and conduct CPD for team
About You
Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)
3–4+ years clinical experience
Comfortable working independently in a mobile setting
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Experience with older adults, complex conditions, neurological conditions and/or healthy aging is highly desirable
Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Current First Aid, CPR, and Police Check
