About the Opportunity

MAAD Builders is a rapidly growing construction company that began in the high-end residential sector and has expanded into shop fitting, medical, industrial, commercial, and primarily multi-residential construction.

We mostly deliver our own developments, while also working with a select group of long-term contract clients. We encourage innovative thinking and pride ourselves on finding smarter, more efficient construction strategies and methods.

We are now looking for a Contract Administrator to support several projects across different sectors. You’ll be joining a high-performing project team with strong systems, hands-on leadership, and a supportive environment that values ownership and initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement in line with project timelines and budgets

Prepare and administer head contracts and subcontracts

Process RFIs, EOTs, variations, and claims

Track project costs and forecasts using Jobpac (or similar systems)

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

Maintain up-to-date project records and compliance documentation

Contribute to monthly reporting and project close-out

What You'll Need

5+ years' experience in Australia as a Contract Administrator on multi-residential builds 15M+

Experience with construction cost control and financial reporting systems

Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills

Local experience across fit-outs, residential, industrial, or institutional projects

Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team

Nice to Have

Background with Tier 2 or Tier 3 commercial builders

Experience with construction programming tools
