Our Bakery is a bustling hive of activity in a prime location within lovely Williamstown. Yep, you are almost working beachside!

Just imagine that once you finish work, you could be on the beach in 10 minutes or strolling by the many shops and cafes to simply enjoying all the beauty of Williamstown. Pretty cool, right?

Due to the bakery's significant growth, we are seeking either a Qualified Baker or a First—or Second-Year Baker. Experience is essential; however, full training and development are also offered.

We are a team of 23, and the culture is amazing, which is reflected in our Customer growth. We are seeking a Baker who can produce the finest-quality bread and embrace additional learning and innovation in baking. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle the daily operations of a high-volume bakery.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following, or a willingness to learn:

Must hold permanent residency status in Australia

Strong knowledge of deck ovens and baking

Experience in hand moulding, shaping

Mixing experience and understanding the process of sourdough and yeast doughs

Sound knowledge in weighing ingredients for different types of bread

Knowledge of a wide variety of different types of flours and seeds

Strong work ethic

Sense of humour!
