Procurement Specialist (ARAMCO Projects Experience Required)

Region: Eastern Province (eastern province)

Requirements: Proven experience in procurement activities for ARAMCO projects

Strong knowledge of RFQs, bid evaluation, vendor sourcing, and procurement workflows

Experience handling Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation packages

Familiarity with approved vendors and compliance requirements

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

General Requirements: Experience in EPC / Industrial / Oil and Gas sectors is highly preferred

Ability to work in fast-paced project environments

Strong reporting and communication skills

Saudi market experience is an advantage
