Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience 7 months to less than 1 year
Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Establish work schedules and procedures
Examine and verify the accuracy of work
Identify workers’ training needs
Prepare and submit reports
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Conduct performance reviews
Recruit and hire staff
Co-ordinate, assign and review work
