The Role: As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based services to children and families, supporting communication, participation, and developmental outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and delivering tailored intervention programs
Supporting and mentoring junior clinicians and students
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
Building strong relationships with families, educators, and key stakeholders
Contributing to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, reports, and records
Promoting best-practice and family-centred approaches to care
About You: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
Experience working with paediatric clients is highly regarded
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based services
Interest in mentoring, leadership, and professional development
Requirements: Current Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
