Core Job Description: Take lead in technical matters such as design development, coordination as well as project management. Provide design solutions and leading the project(s) from inception to various stages until handover. Specification writing up to date knowledge of materials and their applications. Lead / supervise production of detailed drawings. Knowledge of updated authority regulations & relevant standards & codes.

General Expectations Using CAD / BIM in design. Collaborate with other team members to determine design needs and requirements for the project. Supervision of design team, necessary review, corrections and guidelines. Liaison with local authorities and attend to necessary technical meetings with authorities. Evaluation of project scope of works and assist in the preparation of proposals. Attend meetings with clients to propose or review design proposals, making modifications or revisions at various stages of project. Prepare & maintain project documents like correspondence, minutes of meeting, notes etc. Allocation, distribution and follow up of task within the team, checking & maintaining quality of works produced as per company's benchmark. Coordination with other disciplines and external team members (suppliers / sub-consultants). Works closely with relevant external parties and clients to ensure timely delivery according to plan. Traveling to the various sites to complete physical inspections, site supervision and site surveys (If required). Assist in preparing tender applications, presentations & negotiations with contractors (If required). Assist HR Manager in technical interviews during recruitment of staff in Architectural department. Keep on learning new skills, updated information and take necessary trainings as per modern practices in the relevant field and share with team and other disciplines organization wide.

Must have: Atleast 15 yrs - 25 yrs years of experience, completed minimum 10 projects of considerable repute at least 5 in UAE. Should have hands on skills in AutoCAD. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on skills in Revit Architecture. Should be well versed with MS Office & Outlook. preferably working knowledge in MS Project & Primavera.

Education: Graduate (B. Architecture / M. Architecture) UAE Driving License and own car
