THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Audit Division in a fast-growing Top 30 CA firm in Sydney CBD. Due to business expansion and a large pipeline of work, the firm is looking for an audit director/partner to help grow the business portfolio and manage the current audit client base. The ideal candidate will also be able to leverage the firm's strong network of existing business relationships and have a track record of delivering.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideally, the candidate should have:

Minimum of 7 years of recent experience within the audit field in a reputable firm in Australia

Be CA/CPA (and ideally RCA) qualified or on the way to being qualified

Strong technical knowledge with experience with listed and large private companies

History of maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders

A track record of proven new business development via existing network or referrals

Excellent English communication skills

Positive attitude and strong team player abilities to lead and manage a talented team

Right to work in Australia (Australian/NZ Citizen or PR)

Be able to bring a small portfolio of clients with you
