HVAC Supervisor

Region: Riyadh (Riyadh)

We Are HIRING: HVAC Supervisors

Key Responsibilities: Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

Lead and coordinate technicians on-site.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical guidance.

Prepare reports and maintain service records.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.

Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
