Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience and proven track record in Human Resource Consulting Services, Should be at least a Graduate in Management or equivalent qualification in the relevant field, Should have done at least 5 different projects for different business environment, Should be able to generate leads, conduct requirement meets with clients, prepare and negotiate work proposals, execute and deliver the work and maintain good client relations, Should be excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English, target-oriented, dynamic and energetic with good personality and self-confidence, Should be excellent in Excel (graphs, advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis), Ms Word, Outlook (Schedule & Task management & Emails), Power-point presentations, UAE Driving License will be an advantage
