The Role

We are seeking a driven commercial litigator with 5+ years experience.  There will be a range of matters including:

General commercial litigation and dispute resolution in the Supreme Court, with some matters in the District Court and Tribunals

Insolvency law

Lease disputes

Family law disputes

The successful candidate will have considerable experience as a commercial litigator and must be comfortable drafting pleadings, briefing counsel and preparing and managing other Court material and settlement/mediation conferences.
