Operations Supervisor – Manpower Supply / Labor Rental

Region: Riyadh

We are a leading manpower supply and labor Rental Company in Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily manpower deployment and client operations.

Coordinate workforce allocation according to customer requirements.

Supervise attendance, transportation, accommodation, and workforce movement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure service excellence.

Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.

Coordinate with HR, recruitment, and administration to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a manpower supply / labor rental company in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of workforce deployment and labor supply operations.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Valid Saudi driving license.

Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Transferable Iqama preferred (for expatriate candidates).

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with proven experience handling large manpower contracts in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or facilities management sectors.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
