Assistant Manager to Coffee Shop (Filipino Preferred)

Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and experience in café or restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily coffee shop operations

Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service

Manage inventory and supplies

Handle cash, sales reports, and basic accounting

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Support the manager in achieving sales targets

Requirements:

Filipino nationality preferred

Iqama must be valid and transferable

Previous experience in a coffee shop or restaurant (preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of English (Arabic is a plus)
