Head Chef, Pitmaster

Region: Riyadh (Riyadh)

We are looking for a Head Chef Pitmaster to join our high end restaurant in Riyadh

Salary: Up to 10,000 to 14,000 SAR (Final amount to be discussed in the interview).

Duty Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break (Total: 9 hours).

Weekly Day-Off: 1 day per week.

Benefits: 30 Days Annual Vacation

Contract Terms:

Direct Company Sponsorship Transfer to Processed immediately.

Contract Duration: 1 year to 2 years.

Key Requirements:

The Head Chef leads all smokehouse and kitchen operations, specializing in pit management, fire and wood selection, low-and-slow cooking, meat preparation, and yield control. The role also oversees cooking cycles, food safety, team leadership, and cost management while remaining hands-on at the pit.
