Mind You Performance (MYP GYM) is not a typical gym.

We are a premium small-group personal training facility focused on helping busy professionals and parents get into the best physical and mental shape of their lives to while building a successful, fulfilling lifestyle.

Our model is built around coaching excellence, genuine relationships, high standards, and industry-leading member experience.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for coaches (both emerging and experienced to all experience levels considered) who want to develop their craft inside a high-performance environment and contribute to something meaningful.

Essentials

Certificate III and IV in Fitness

First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication and professionalism

Additional coaching, nutrition, or performance qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential.
