Plastic Injection Machine ‏Operator

‏We are seeking a highly experienced Plastic Injection Machine Operator with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding operations.

‏The candidate must be skilled in mold fitting, machine setup, operating systems, and solving all types of machine, mold, and production problems.

‏Responsibilities: ‏Operate and supervise plastic injection molding machines efficiently

‏Perform mold installation, mold fitting, alignment, and changeovers

‏Set and optimize machine parameters for different plastic materials

‏Diagnose and resolve machine, mold, and process-related issues

‏Ensure consistent product quality and minimize defects

‏Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs

‏Reduce machine downtime and material waste

‏Train and guide junior operators when required

‏Follow all safety and quality ‏standards
