About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers, tilers and builders with tiles, bathrooms and flooring

Provide excellent customer service and professional product advice

Sell tiles, bathroom products, flooring and tools

Prepare quotes and process customer orders

Assist customers with product selections

Maintain showroom displays and presentation

Assist with stock and orders when required

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in tiles, bathrooms, flooring or building supplies is highly preferred

Good knowledge of building and renovation products

Strong sales and customer service skills

Confident communicating with builders, tilers and retail customers

Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a small team

Knowledge of tiles, bathrooms, flooring and tools will be highly regarded
