Be part of an office setting the benchmark for client experience.

Step into a well maintain portfolio of 50 properties, all within 5-10km of the office backed by a support time, great processes, and the option to grow your skills. With the help of the assistant property manager, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, building strong relationships and growing the portfolio, with leads from the sales team.

The Role

Build and maintain a strong relationship with owners and tenants

Coordinate maintenance in collaboration with owners, tenants and contractors

Proactively manage the rent arrears

Follow up on management leads from the sales team

Ensure compliance as per the WA Tenancy Act

Must Have

1-2 years managing a portfolio of minimum 50 properties.

A relevant WA Property Management registration

Great attention to detail

The ability to build rapport with owners and tenants
