Job Description
BMW/MINI St. John’s is currently seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a receptionist. The position is part-time, Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm to 8:00pm and Saturday, 10:00am to 5:00pm. As a receptionist you will work in collaboration with Service, Sales and Management teams to ensure the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and forward all incoming calls
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department
• Follow up with service customers daily (via email and phone calls)
• Maintain petty cash records
• Keep a daily record of service customer feedback
• File all parts/service documents
• Handle cash/credit/debit transaction’s
• Service appointment reminders
Qualifications
• Extensive experience as a receptionist and/or an administrative assistant
• Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an asset
• The ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• The successful applicant will need to be extremely organized and able to effortlessly multi-task
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
