Supermarket meat cutter (Meat Cutter)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $13.00 to $20.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Bonus, Other Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: Speak English, Read English
Work Setting: Supermarket and meat department
Type of Equipment: Power grinder, Slicing machine, Band saw, Manual cutting utensil
Specific Skills: Cut carcasses, sides and quarters, Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, Remove bones from meat, Cut poultry into parts, Grind meats, Make special sausages, Slice cooked meats, Prepare special orders, Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
Additional Skills: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, Wrap and package prepared meats, Weigh meats for sale, Price meat products, Sell meats to customers
Security and Safety: Bondable
