IT Sales and Presales Engineer

Region: Riyadh (Riyadh)

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales and Presales Engineer who can generate opportunities, understand customer requirements, propose the right solutions, and participate in implementation.

Products and Solutions: Low Current Systems: CCTV and Surveillance Intercom Access Control Meeting Rooms and AV. IT Infrastructure – Passive: Structured Cabling Fiber Optic Racks and Cabinets Data and Voice Infrastructure. IT Infrastructure – Active: Networking Switches and Routers Wi-Fi Servers and Data Center.

Cybersecurity: Firewalls Network Security Endpoint and Email Security

Cloud and Business Solutions: Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions Backup and Disaster Recovery

IT Hardware and Procurement: Laptops PCs and Workstations Servers Monitors IT Hardware and Accessories

Technical Requirement: Candidate must have hands-on implementation experience in at least 4 or more of the above solution areas.

Main Responsibilities: Visit customers and generate new opportunities

Conduct site surveys and understand requirements

Prepare technical solutions, BOQs and proposals

Coordinate quotations and follow up with customers

Sales and close opportunities

Implement and configure solutions within their technical expertise

Requirements: Previous experience in an IT company

Sales and Presales experience

Must have a car

Must speak Arabic and English

Probation Period: 3 months with performance evaluation based on KPIs and sales targets.

Salary: Package will be divided into Basic Salary + KPI Performance + Sales Target Incentive, with total income based strongly on performance.

Iqama Transfer: Within 2–3 months, subject to achieving the required KPIs and targets.
