Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory/management role

Strong leadership and team-management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage daily operations and staff

Responsible, organized, and target-oriented

Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred

Supervise and manage team members

Monitor daily operations and staff performance

Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time

Handle team coordination and operational issues

Prepare reports and communicate with management
