Architectural Technical Office Engineer

Region: Riyadh (Eastern and Western province)

A famous company looking for urgent high hiring Architectural Technical Office Engineer to join our team and lead the preparation for large to scale Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review and issue complete architectural shop drawings, covering all details to Plans, sections, elevations wall typre, finishes cellings, flooring ,door and windows, joinery, staircases , wet areas, facades and clading.

Develop details construction drawings in coordination with structural and MEP disciplines, and resolve clashes before submission.

Build and manage architectural models in Revit and produce drawing set in line with project standards

Prepare submittals and respond to consultant comments until approval.

Prepare IFC drawings and specifications.

Prepare as built drawings and support quantity take- offer the commercial team.

Coordinate closely with site teams to make sure drawings reflect actually site conditions.

Requirements:-

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Minimum 10 years of experience in technical office/ shop drawing roles, with a proven work large and major projects.

Advanced proficiency in Revit and Auto CAD (Navis work is an advantage)

Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials and construction methods.

Familiarity with Saudi Building code (SBC) and consultant submittal procedures.

Saudi Council of Engineer (SCE) membership is required.

Good command of English to Written and spoken.
