Moss and Co is recruiting a Legal Assistant for a national law firm’s Melbourne CBD commercial litigation practice. You’ll join a firm with a strong, established legal support team and take on the practical work that helps litigation matters run smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

Managing diaries, inboxes, meetings and hearing arrangements

Preparing and formatting correspondence, briefs and court documents

Maintaining matter records and tracking deadlines

Assisting with billing and expenses

Liaising with clients, counsel and court contacts

What you’ll bring

Ideally, around two to three years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, with confidence supporting lawyers and balancing competing priorities.

Litigation experience would be valuable, but strong legal support experience in another busy practice area is also welcome. We’re interested in the skills you bring, not an exact number of years.

This is a Legal Assistant position for someone who enjoys keeping matters organised, communicating clearly and providing accurate, dependable support.

Up to 95,000 package inclusive of superannuation, depending on experience
