What you will be doing:

As part of our Asset Management team you will Report to the Marlanda Project Manager and Site Supervisor and will work on unique and diverse asset management projects by assisting in a range of routine and non-routine tasks, including but not limited to:

Maintenance Planning / Scheduling role replacement and/or duties

Master Data Coordinator role replacement and/or duties

Critical Spares Coordinator role replacement and/or duties

Work Management Improvement projects

Cost Control / Analysis projects

Business Intelligence projects

What you will bring:

Experience/interest in Asset Management, including current asset management concepts, processes, and best practices

A passion for improvement, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes

A skillset including problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, presentation, customer service, and a team collaborator

Results orientated, conceptual thinker with a tenacity for taking initiative and seeing ideas through

Ability to engage with site stakeholders and maintain positive communications and relationships

Ability to work under minimal supervision, while demonstrating a positive and transparent safety culture

Experience in Microsoft Suite

Experience in formulating project KPIs, providing data analysis and updates

Experience in ERP systems including SAP and Pronto is preferred

Experience in mobile and fixed plant asset management is preferred

Manual Driver’s Licence

Maintenance Trade Qualifications Highly Regarded.

Willingness to do site-based work, travelling to remote sites regularly, or relocate to areas such as Mount Isa.

Able to work flexible rosters based on client project requirements
