Banquet server (On Call)
Terms of Employment: Casual, Part Time, On Call
Salary: $10.00 Hourly for 10 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick (7 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Setting: Hotel
Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service, Serve food and beverages, formal or French service, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers, Advise on menu selections
Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Assist customers with special needs, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Set tables
Security and Safety: Bondable
Essential Skills: Numeracy, Oral communication, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Significant use of memory
