Quality control technician - food processing
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Weekend, Day
Salary: $14.85 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Area of Specialization: Food chemistry
Type of Work Experience: Analysis, Process troubleshooting, Quality assurance and control
Type of Industry Experience: Food and beverages
Analytical Techniques: Microscopy, Sampling, Biological techniques
Specific Skills: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, Prepare solution, reagents, and sample formulations, Assist in developing and conducting sampling and analysis
Additional Skills: Know and use computer hardware and software
