Six Sigma Consultant - Contact Centre
Our client, a global software and cloud services provider, are currently recruiting for an experienced Six Sigma/Lean process improvement consultant. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management in process development and improvement for this rapidly expanding IT solutions sales contact centre.
Responsibilities
Evaluate existing process effectiveness and efficiency
Propose and guide the implementation of process change and development
Work closely with front line staff in initial stages through to delivery
Assist senior management in the use of data to monitor and drive process change
Requirement
5+ years experience in a similar process improvement role in a similar setting (global IT sales contact centre)
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
Track record of driving and delivering process improvement
Strong sector knowledge
